Description
of WNSO FAME Competitions:
-
Figure
– Display physique through: 90 sec. entertaining routine (props allowed)
+ posing & symmetry round in heels. All poses must be performed open
handed. (referred to as a ‘softer’ version of bodybuilding for females)

Muscle/Bodybuilding
– Display physique through: 90 sec. entertaining routine (props allowed)
+ posing & symmetry rounds.

Fitness
– Display skills, talent and lean/toned physique through: 2 min. routine
highlighting strength, endurance, flexibility, entertainment, and creativity
+ Swimsuit/Symmetry round in heels.

Fitness
Model Search –Display lean/toned physique, confidence, poise and personality
through: 3 rounds of clothing, modeling swimwear, sportswear and evening/club
wear.
