my name's Liz. I live in Watford, England. I weight train
and do gymnastics. I'm 27 and have lived with the joy of aching muscles
for most of that time! My  workout is as follows:
 I cycle 2 hours a day going to and from work, Monday-Friday.
In addition to this is:
 Monday - gymnastics (mainly tumbling, bars and
body conditioning)
Tuesday - chest and tris, abs
 Wednesday - back,shoulders and bis, abs
 Thursday - gymnastics
 Friday - Rest
 Saturday - . Supersetting (week 1 -chest/bis week
2 - back/tris)
 Sunday - Jazzercise dance aerobics class / bodysculpt
